It can still maintain excellent thermal stability and thermal strength, both in cold and hot conditions. The bar is made of a metal material used in various harsh corrosive environments. Nickel alloy 201 has high resistivity and low thermal conductivity. It is easy to overheat during the welding process, causing the weld grains to grow rapidly. Once the grains of Nickel alloy 201 material are coarsened, it is difficult to improve them by heat treatment, which will seriously affect mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of welded joints. Nickel alloy 201 bars have high thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and high ductility mechanical properties over a wide temperature range.
